Frontier Scallops

Ingredients

1 lb fresh sea scallops 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup heavy cream 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Step 1:

Start by patting the scallops dry with a paper towel. Then, put a large pan on the stove. Turn the heat to medium-high. Add butter and olive oil.

Step 2:

When the pan is hot, place the scallops in it. Let them cook without moving for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove them from the pan.

Step 3:

Turn the heat to medium. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Pour in chicken broth and let it for 1 minute.
