Pistachio Syrup
Ingredients
– 1 cup unsalted pistachios (shelled)
– 1 cup water
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Step 1:
Place the pistachios in your blender. Blend until they become tiny pieces.
Step 2:
In a saucepan, combine the water and sugar. Heat over medium.
Step 3:
Now, pour the blended pistachios into the pot. Let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
