Sundrop Cake

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix 1 cup Sundrop soda ½ cup vegetable oil 4 large eggs For the Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar 2 tablespoons Sundrop soda ½ teaspoon lemon zest (optional)

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with butter.

Step 2:

Mix the batter by combining cake mix, Sundrop soda, oil, and eggs in a large bowl. Use a mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.

Step 3:

Pour the batter into the greased bundt pan. Spread it with a spatula.
