We all agree that there are certain must-have syrups in our kitchen that can be used in multiple recipes and ways. For sure, this Pistachio Syrup is one of them.

Pistachio Syrup

I made my Pistachio Syrup using pure unsalted pistachios, along with just water and granulated sugar. Yes, that’s right, only three ingredients, plus an optional vanilla extract if you’d like.

I love the flavor of pistachios; they’re one of my favorite nuts. So, making Pistachio Syrup is a real pleasure for me. I love using it in many ways, but mostly with desserts. I also enjoy drizzling it over cakes and cupcakes, like I did with my last Sundrop Cake.

If you love using syrups in your homemade recipes, this simple Pistachio Syrup is a must-make and a must-have in your kitchen.
