A long time ago, in 2011, I was part of a team that started a special grocery store in Austin, Texas. It was called In.Gredients at the time, and it focused on fresh, healthy food. We encouraged people to bring their own containers, use less plastic, and eat better. It was a great idea to help people live in a cleaner and healthier way, but unfortunately, we didn’t continue with that project. You know, life can sometimes be complicated.
But now, my life is all about cooking, Yes you read it right, With my amazing wife, Maria, we created Gredients.com to share our delicious and simple recipes that families can enjoy together. We love food, and we love making meals that are easy, tasty of course, and full of flavor.
