Usually, I love to enjoy some cocktails or martinis with a twist on the weekend. This time, I made a Mezcal Espresso Martini, a cocktail based on coffee flavors—delicious and easy to make at home.

Mezcal Espresso Martini

For the Mezcal Espresso Martini I made yesterday, I used Mezcal, Espresso, coffee, and simple syrup. The taste was a little sweet, and I would say it was strong with the nice coffee flavors that I love in my cocktails.

I tried to make a non-alcoholic version, but unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time, as I made this Mezcal Espresso Martini at midnight.

What to Eat with this Mezcal Espresso Martini?

The Mezcal Espresso Martini pairs so well with some desserts. You can enjoy it with creamy cheeses like brie or goat cheese, as well as dark chocolate or chocolate-covered almonds, or even a slice of Sundrop Cake. Also a tiramisu would be a delicious too with it. Finally, roasted nuts like almonds or cashews will add a nice crunchy expirnace if you have it with the drink.
