Hi, I’m Victor, and welcome to Gredients.com! Back in 2011, I had the privilege of being part of the team behind a unique grocery store concept called in.gredients in Austin, Texas. The idea was simple but powerful: focus on fresh, locally sourced, and organic foods while reducing waste. The store encouraged customers to bring their own containers, cut down on unnecessary packaging, and embrace sustainable living. It was all about helping people live healthier, more eco-friendly lives.
But life has taken me in a new direction. Now, with the support of my amazing wife Maria, we’ve shifted our focus to something closer to home: sharing recipes that bring families together. That’s how Gredients.com was born—a place where we celebrate delicious meals that everyone can enjoy, from big-brand-inspired creations to family favorites.
