This Crab Butter is a famous recipe among seafood lovers. I never had the idea to make crab butter, but now it definitely has a place in my monthly recipes.

Just from the name, you can tell how I made this Crab Butter: I used unsalted butter with nicely cooked crab meat, lemon juice, and other spices. The taste was wonderful and definitely needs to be tried at least once. But believe me, once you taste it, you’ll always make it.
As I mentioned before, only my wife and I eat seafood, but the final result of this crab butter looks like regular butter, especially when you spread it over bread. So, I plan to trick the kids by telling them it’s just normal butter and see their reaction.

What to eat with this Crab Butter?
Of course, the first choice I love to enjoy with this Butter is to spread it on warm, toasted baguette slices or use it as a topping for fresh seafood like shrimp or Potato Crusted Cod. It also works great on steamed vegetables or even mixed into scrambled eggs for a nice, salty breakfast.

Some Tips for the best Crab Butter?
- Try to Use fresh crab meat for the best results. Canned crab works, too, but it may be saltier sometimes.
- I love to add a little of Old Bay seasoning for more seafood flavor. Also, chives or dill instead of parsley can be a good option to try.
- You can blend the ingredients in your blender for a nice smooth texture and also for less time.
